First, we assess your challenges , using appropriate psychological .

We review your results and get your feedback on how well the reports ‘fit’. Based on your feedback, we correct and complete the picture, as required, including clearly defining your goals and expectations - and my ability to meet them!

Keeping this in mind, I show you the menu of evidence-informed treatment options - you order, we get cooking!

Going forward, we track together to what extent treatment is actually helping with your symptoms, work/relationship satisfaction, life circumstances and needs, using specialized short tools road-tested for that purpose.We review progress reports together, you correct them when needed, we adjust how we work as required …until you are satisfied.
